Refund and Return Policy

Trade Pack International B.V.

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the website of Trade Pack International B.V. and governs the return of products and related refunds in accordance with applicable Dutch law.

As a wholesale distributor primarily serving business customers (B2B), different rules may apply compared to consumer (B2C) transactions.


2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders

For orders placed by business customers:

  • Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from Trade Pack International B.V.
  • Requests must be submitted within 5 working days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective goods).

Approved returns may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee, where applicable.


3. Consumer Orders (If Applicable)

If a transaction qualifies as a consumer purchase under Dutch law:

  • Consumers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (cooling-off period), unless an exemption applies.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be provided within the 14-day period.
  • Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal rights, including:

  • Sealed hygiene or personal care items once opened
  • Custom-made or specially ordered products
  • Products that deteriorate quickly

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

If goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence and order details.
  • Retain original packaging for inspection if required.

We may offer replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable legal obligations.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened hygiene or cleaning products
  • Machinery that has been installed, used, or altered
  • Custom or special-order goods
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

6. Refund Process

Once a return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing times may vary depending on payment providers.
